Salad with celeriac and pineapple


Dice the pineapple and drain the celeriac. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Rinse and dry off the rocket. Fry the hazelnuts in a frying pan. Carefully peal the orange, so as to not lose any juice. Combine all the ingredients and pour the balsamic sauce mixed with orange juice over it all.

Salad with peas and pickled ham with light sauce


Boil the rice medium, slice the pickled ham into thin strips. Drain the peas and finely chop the dill. Add the mayonnaise combined with yoghurt, and season with pepper and salt for flavor. Combine all the ingredients together and mix.

Mexican mix salad with smoked chicken


Dice the chicken breast and hard boiled eggs, grate the hard cheese and chop the onion into fine pieces. Drain the Mexican vegetable mix. Delicately mix and combine all the ingredients adding mayonnaise, and finally season with salt and pepper. Cool the dish in a refrigerator before serving

Swedish salad with green beans


Boil the potatoes in their jackets, peel and dice them. Hard boil the eggs and dice them as well. Peel the onions and chop into fine pieces, and also dice the cucumbers into fine squares.

Drain the beans and corn from the pickle. Carefully mix together all of the ingredients, add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper for flavor. Before serving, sprinkle the salad with dill.
