The nutritional pyramid is important. A large part of it consists of plants – because they are the ones that provide your daily nutrients, such as protein, potassium, fiber or vitamins and amino acids. Plants are classified in the category of superfoods. This group includes many products from Poland, such as: peas, tomatoes, pumpkins, apples and cranberries.
An explosive health benefit can be found in legumes. They are a rich source of protein, fiber, iron and antioxidants. For example, beans are not only tasty, but also full of nutritious plant protein. They are an ideal, healthy substitute for meat or pasta, and can be used for main courses, as well as salads, pastes or soups.
